To upload your website's files we recommend using WS FTP LE or WS FTP Pro as an FTP client.

Host Name/Address:	ftp.yoursiteaddress.com.au
User ID:	User ID provided by Austiger
Password:	Password provided by Austiger

Generally allowing your FTP Software to determine the server type automatically will suffice.

Business Hosting Plan clients should upload their website files to the public_html directory. Corporate Hosting Plan clients and others on Windows based plans should upload their website files to the wwwroot directory.
